智通财经APP讯，荣泰健康(603579.SH)发布公告，近日，公司与深圳丰厚沃天创业投资有限公司(以下简称“丰厚沃天”)签订了《天津鼎汇二号股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)合伙协议》(以下简称“合伙协议”)，在确保满足日常经营资金需求、总体投资风险可控的前提下，为了进一步拓展新兴领域的投资，充分利用专业机构的经验和资源，公司作为有限合伙人以自有资金人民币1,000万元出资认购天津鼎汇的基金份额，持股比例占合伙企业目前已募集认缴出资总额的10.3648%。
该基金直接或间接投资于中国境内的智能制造、新信息技术、半导体等相关领域的私募股权投资基金（包括但不限于IPO战配基金）、未上市企业、上市企业非公开发行和交易的普通股（含上市公司定向增发、大宗交易、协议转让等），也可以投向其他行业和领域的私募股权投资基金或企业/项目。
