Frontier Digital Ventures (ASX:FDV) has issued over 2 million new shares to InfoCasas shareholders to rectify a previous miscalculation in the equity earn-out from its June 2023 acquisition of InfoCasas and Encuentra24, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company will issue additional shares at AU$0.368 each, the filing said.
