智通财经APP获悉，复星医药(02196)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.3%，报20.15港元，成交额2.01亿港元。
消息面上，复星医药公布，控股子公司复星医药产业与纽科签订许可协议，据此，复医药产业获授予AR1001子作为其活性成分的药物于约定许可区域(即内地及港澳地区)及领域(即用于阿尔茨海默病及其他神经系统疾病的诊断、预防和治疗)的开发、注册、生产及商业化权利。复星医药产业将就本次许可向纽科支付至多1.5亿人民币。
据悉，该在研药物由纽科自AriBioCO.,Ltd.许可引进后进行后续开发。纽科于2024年初从AriBio获得AR1001在大中华地区的独家权益，并与AriBio合作开展AR1001针对早期阿尔茨海默病患者的全球III期临床试验。该项全球试验已在北美、欧洲、英国、中国及韩国等13个国家和地区完成招募，全球招募约1500名患者。
