中国天瑞水泥(1252.HK)盘中逆势涨超11%，报0.29港元。消息面上，中国天瑞水泥公布，获控股股东煜阔告知，根据广东省深圳前海合作区人民法院发出的民事裁定书，针对天瑞集团股本的冻结令已获即时解除，涉及分别由李留法及李凤娈持有70%及30%，对应股本分别为14亿元及6亿元人民币。 中国天瑞水泥7月21日公布收到广东省深圳前海合作区人民法院发出的协助执行通知书，有关分别由主席兼非执行董事李留法及配偶兼执行董事李凤娈所持天瑞集团股本被冻结，冻结期为3年，至2028年7月9日止，期间天瑞集团的股份不得转让或质押，且集团不得向李留法及李凤娈派发任何股息或红利。
