消息面上，白云山发布公告，于2025年7月25日，该公司与广药资本订立合伙协议。据此，该公司、广药资本分别出资人民币14.985亿元、150.00万元参与设立广药基金二期。该公司实质控制广药基金二期，其财务业绩将纳入公司的合并财务报表。
合伙目的和基金投向为通过直接或间接的方式开展生物医药领域的股权投资，获得投资收益。主要围绕公司的战略规划，通过子基金投资、项目直接投资等方式投向医药、医疗器械、医疗服务等生物医药与健康领域。
本次参与设立广药基金二期旨在把握行业发展机遇，加快推进公司在生物医药健康领域产业布局，加大公司在医药健康产业孵化及投资力度。
