Seritage Growth Properties has amended its existing Senior Secured Term Loan Agreement with Berkshire Hathaway Life Insurance Company of Nebraska. As part of the amendment, Seritage's Operating Partnership has opted to extend the loan's maturity date from July 31, 2025, to July 31, 2026. This extension was finalized on July 28, 2025, with the Operating Partnership paying a 2% extension fee amounting to $4 million, along with an additional Incremental Facility Fee of $4 million to Berkshire Hathaway by July 30, 2025. The agreement's other terms remain unchanged during the extension period.
