智通财经APP讯，华能国际电力股份(00902)公布，公司执行董事、总经理黄历新先生因工作调整，已于近日根据有关规定向董事会提交书面辞职报告，辞去公司董事、总经理以及董事会战略委员会和提名委员会委员职务。
董事会亦宣布，于2025年7月29日召开的第十一届董事会第十四次会议上，已决议聘任刘安仓先生为公司总经理。该任命自董事会决议之日起即时生效。董事会决议建议委任刘安仓先生为公司第十一届董事会执行董事，任期自公司股东大会审议通过之日起，至第十一届董事会任期届满之日止。
