澳大利亚上市公司Sprintex Limited（ASX:SIX）周一宣布，该公司与广东葆德科技（BD Compressor）达成价值930万澳元的三年期独家自有品牌供应协议，随后其G15系列喷射式鼓风机将正式进入中国水产养殖市场。

根据协议，该独家经销权仅适用于中国池塘水产养殖行业。双方约定首年最低采购额达225万澳元，首季度最低订单承诺为32万澳元。

中国作为全球最大水产养殖国，年产量5000万吨，占全球水产养殖产量的60%以上，规模化养殖场对节能鼓风机需求旺盛，单个养殖场通常需配置数百台设备。

Sprintex董事总经理Jay Upton对此表示，“与葆德科技达成的这项协议是Sprintex进军中国这一全球最大、增长最快的水产养殖市场的重要里程碑。凭借葆德科技的良好声誉和全国网络，以及Sprintex领先的技术，此次合作预计将为中国水产养殖业带来数千台设备，并带来显著的环境和成本效益。这份价值930万澳元的合同是Sprintex在全球范围内的首次自有品牌合作，并为公司在中国及其他地区的持续增长奠定了基础。”
