Winsome Resources (ASX:WR1) has withdrawn from its call option agreement with Stornoway Diamonds and 11272430 Canada to acquire the Renard project, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company will instead focus on advancing its Adina lithium project amid evolving market conditions and a strategic realignment, the filing said.
The company emphasized that the Renard project remains a strategically valuable asset and may be reconsidered in the future, provided the site remains available and aligns with the company's long-term capital allocation and growth priorities, the filing added.
