【加拿大网络犯罪者因NFT盗窃案被判一年监禁】金色财经报道，美国弗吉尼亚东区联邦法院近日对一起重大NFT盗窃案作出判决。来自加拿大安大略省密西沙加市的22岁男子Cameron Albert Redman因共谋实施电信欺诈、电信欺诈及共谋实施严重身份盗窃罪被判处一年监禁。 法庭文件显示，2022年5月，Redman及其同伙通过非法访问多名数字艺术家的社交媒体账号，诱导用户访问虚假网站进行NFT交易授权，实则窃取受害者的加密货币和NFT资产。该犯罪团伙在数天内造成超过200名受害者损失，非法获利达79.4万美元。 Redman于2025年3月在葡萄牙被捕并引渡至美国。本案由美国联邦调查局华盛顿分局和加拿大皇家骑警网络犯罪调查团队联合侦办。
