智通财经APP讯，诺发集团(01360)发布公告，本公司已根据上市规则第2B章的规定提交申请，要求将上市委员会决定交由上市复核委员会复核。上市复核委员会已于2025年6月26日就复核上市委员会决定举行聆讯。于2025年7月25日，本公司收到上市复核委员会函件，表示在仔细考虑所有事实和证据，以及本公司与上市科提交的所有陈述后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会决定，根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消本公司的上市地位。
于2025年7月28日，本公司收到联交所来函通知，本公司股份(股份)的最后上市日期将为2025年8月6日(最后上市日期)，而股份的上市地位将自2025年8月7日上午九时正起取消。
