智通财经APP讯，利记(00637)发布公告，于2025年7月29日，金利合金制造工业(公司全资附属公司)与澥浦镇房屋拆迁事务所公司就收地事项订立收地补偿协议，据此，金利合金制造工业将收取合共人民币1259.43万元作为收地补偿以及人民币40.125万元作为搬迁津贴。
土地位置： 国有土地使用权证“镇国用(2001)字第0500062号”项下位于中国宁波市镇海区澥浦镇王方路的双方协定的地块，土地面积为3221平方米。
根据收地补偿协议，收地事项主要用于作为中国宁波市镇海区澥浦镇未来发展一部分的镇浦路三期项目的建设需要。
就收地事项而言，金利合金制造工业已对后续过渡事宜作出适当安排，并将继续在余下土地上从事其经营及生产活动。预计收地事项将不会对金利合金制造工业及集团的业务运营造成重大不利影响。收地补偿的所得款项拟用作设施迁移及金利合金制造工业的一般营运资金。
