智通财经APP讯，谊砾控股(00076)公布，公司的全资附属公司谊砾石墨有限公司(子公司)、Goldpay Limited(Goldpay)及 Madagascar Graphite Limited (Madagascar Graphite)三方已于2025年7月29日签订一合作协议。
根据协议，子公司将研究建设一个矿产品、大宗商品交易及相关付费使用服务的平台，全球供应商可在此平台上展示产品和价格。平台则起到引荐、支付、交割的顾问和监督作用。Madagascar Graphite 生产的石墨产品将是首项加入平台的矿产品。同时，全球客户可使用平台通用的“76 码”代金券，或美元、港元稳定币支付石墨供应商，简化支付流程。供应商若提出要求，平台也可接受并兑换专为供应商发行的代金券。
子公司将根据需要逐步申请和第三代互联网(Web3.0)有关联的牌照，在获得相关牌照后，平台将进一步提供黄金稳定币、美元、港元稳定币和诸如比特币、以太坊等加密货币之间的 24/7 兑换，且操作简捷一键完成。这些功能将提供平台的供应商和客户用商品、代金券兑换黄金和主要加密货币的服务。
Goldpay 将无偿提供经营多年的金酷流动应用程式(APP)、金拍网相关的技术和经验。子公司将无偿推荐客户到 Goldpay，以获得子公司没有提供的商品和服务。
董事会认为，虽然结合人工智能的业务和加密货币使用已是大势所趋，然而此项目未来对集团的贡献尚未能确定。
