7月27日，台积电资深研发副总罗唯仁正式宣布退休，结束了其在台积电长达21年的职业生涯。罗唯仁于2004年加入台积电，曾担任营运组织二副总经理、研发副总经理等职务，并在先进技术事业与制造技术部门担任重要角色。他在研发、营运与技术策略等核心领域均有卓越贡献。罗唯仁持有台积电1348张178股股票，价值约15.43亿新台币（约合人民币3.75亿元）。罗唯仁是台积电近期第四位退休的高层主管，此前已有三位高层陆续退休或宣布退休，台积电内部的世代传承正在持续进行，中生代梯队逐渐浮出水面。
