目标公司A(Mou Bros. Limited)主要从事投资控股。目标集团A主要于中国从事新能源电池销售。
目标公司B(Jiading Global Limited)主要从事投资控股。目标集团B主要于中国从事保健品及新能源越野车销售。
如公司截至2025年3月31日止年度的年报所披露，集团取得收入约8830万港元及亏损约6480万港元。目标集团的业务分部仅贡献收入约420万港元，但取得亏损约4950万港元。而集团的广告分部贡献总收入超过95%，并取得亏损约310万港元。公司决心将业务重心转回中国香港，并专注于其现有的广告媒体业务，以改善其业绩及股东回报。
