KKR-Owned IVI RMA Global to Acquire ART Fertility Clinics in UAE, Saudi Arabia

IVI RMA Global said Wednesday it will acquire ART Fertility Clinics in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia from Gulf Capital, expanding its reproductive medicine footprint in the Gulf region.

No financial details regarding the deal were disclosed.

According to Bloomberg News, IVI RMA Global was acquired by KKR (KKR) roughly three years ago.

The deal includes three clinics and remains subject to regulatory approvals, the company said.

The acquisition strengthens its science-driven approach to fertility care and aligns with ART Fertility's focus on research, innovation and high IVF success rates, IVI RMA Global said.

The company also said ART Fertility brings 220 medical publications, a genetic testing lab in Abu Dhabi and a strong regional reputation.
