智通财经APP获悉，创梦天地(01119)涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.49%，报1.15港元，成交额3389.34万港元。
消息面上，7月29日，创梦天地发布公告，与欧洲休闲游戏巨头Playrix旗下PLR Worldwide Sales Limited签订资本化协议。后者将以每股1.024港元认购创梦天地约3808万股，投资总额3900万港元。交易完成后，Playrix将持有创梦天地约2.11%股份。Playrix成立于2004年，旗下《Gardenscapes》《Homescapes》《Fishdom》等游戏产品常年位居全球畅销榜前列。
此外，创梦天地近期发布公告，预计2025年上半年(截至2025年6月30日止6个月)净利润将介乎约人民币2000万元至人民币5000万元，净利润扭亏为盈，主要得益于集团自研产品和新产品的上线带来集团利润率的提升。集团预计2025年上半年经营活动现金流净流入将介乎约人民币3000万元至人民币6000万元，公司经营现金流稳健。
