Morgan将作为Ashurst悉尼公司业务部门的合伙人加入，和前Freehills并购律师Tony Damian一起共同领导团队。Tony Damian在6月正式加入该公司，二人还是《Bootmakers, Boards and Rogues》一书的联合编辑，该书涉及澳大利亚公司法和证券法。

除了RAC WA外，Morgan还在多宗重大并购交易中扮演了关键角色，其中包括作为联邦银行（CBA）出售其私人顾问业务的首席合伙人。她还为CSR以43亿澳元收购圣戈班（Saint-Gobain）的交易提供了建议，并参与了Santos与Woodside Energy就潜在800亿澳元合并的讨论。她的客户包括大型ASX上市公司和金融服务、能源、消费品及科技行业的私人资本公司。

Morgan于2012年以律师助理身份加入Freehills，并在两年后晋升为合伙人。在此期间，她还曾被借调到CBA和CIMIC集团工作。
