China Financial Leasing Group (HKG:2312) is looking to change its name to CAI Corp., according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The name change comes after Longling Capital's acquisition of a 34.96% stake in the financial leasing company for HK$46.1 million.
China Financial Leasing's name change will boost its individual branding and help with future business development, the filing said.
