Thryv Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:THRY), a provider of marketing and sales software for small businesses, has reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company saw a significant increase in its Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue, which rose 48% year-over-year to $115 million. Excluding revenue from Keap, SaaS revenue increased by 25% year-over-year to $97.3 million. However, Marketing Services revenue experienced a 35% decline year-over-year, totaling $95.5 million. Overall, consolidated total revenue for the quarter was $210.5 million, marking a 6% decrease from the previous year. Consolidated net income for the second quarter was reported at $13.9 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, compared to $5.5 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2024. Looking ahead, Thryv has issued guidance for the third quarter and full year 2025. The company expects SaaS revenue to range between $116 million and $117 million for the third quarter and between $460 million and $465 million for the full year. SaaS Adjusted EBITDA is forecasted to be between $18.5 million and $19.5 million for the third quarter and between $70.5 million and $73.5 million for the full year. The company anticipates leverage to decline, supporting greater financial flexibility and a stronger balance sheet.
