智通财经APP获悉，心通医疗-B(02160)再涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.41%，报1.45港元，成交额1913.45万港元。
消息面上，7月17日，微创医疗和心通医疗同时发布公告称，为推动集团内部资源的深度整合及高效协作、提升企业竞争力、整合不同业务板块及产品组合，集团考虑将心通医疗与集团CRM业务进行重组。
中信建投指出，CRM业务是集团控股50.13%股权的子公司，主要生产用于诊断、治疗及管理心律失常及心力衰竭的产品，包括起搏器、除颤器、心脏再同步治疗装置及配套导线等产品。2018年，微创医疗斥资1.9亿美元收购LivaNova旗下心律管理业务，2016年LivaNova心律管理业务营收2.5亿美元，2024年微创心律管理收入2.2亿美元，亏损8805万美元。整合后的心通医疗有望打造覆盖结构性心脏病&心律管理疾病的平台型公司，通过共享国际销售渠道，为两项业务创造协同效应，在全球市场建立更强大的销售网络和市场影响力。
