威睿司（Verisk）周三表示，已同意以 23.5 亿美元现金收购基于云技术的软件平台 AccuLynx。这家数据分析与科技公司旨在借此强化其财产险理赔相关工具。

　　此举正值保险相关行业数字化进程不断加快之际，各公司都在寻求减少人工流程、加快理赔处理速度。

　　此次收购预计将助力威睿司的营收增长和调整后息税折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA）利润率提升，且到 2026 年底将增厚调整后每股收益（EPS）。

　　威睿司称，该交易预计将于第三季度末完成，资金将来自手头现金与承诺的债务融资。
