智通财经APP讯，鹰瞳科技-B(02251)发布公告，和超博士已辞任执行董事，自2025年7月29日起生效，以投入更多时间于个人事务及陪伴其家人。
于2025年7月29日，董事会决议变更以下董事委员会的组成：(a)董事会提名委员会，其中(i)董事会主席兼执行董事张大磊先生不再担任提名委员会主席及成员;(ii)独立非执行董事黄彦林博士获委任为提名委员会主席;及(iii)执行董事王林女士获委任为提名委员会成员;及
(b)董事会环境、社会及管治委员会，其中(i)因和博士上述辞任执行董事，其不再担任环境、社会及管治委员会成员;及(ii)执行董事秦勇先生获委任为环境、社会及管治委员会成员。
