Orion Group Holdings, Inc. $(ORN)$ reported its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. GAAP net income rose to $0.8 million, a significant improvement from a net loss of $6.6 million in the previous year. Adjusted EBITDA doubled to $11 million, with margins increasing by 240 basis points to 5.3%. The company has reaffirmed its fiscal year 2025 guidance, projecting revenue between $800 million and $850 million, adjusted EBITDA between $42 million and $46 million, and adjusted EPS in the range of $0.11 to $0.17.
