Sinotrans (HKG:0598, SHA:601598) canceled 22,019,000 shares repurchased for HK$79.9 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The shares were repurchased at between HK$3.25 and HK$3.84 apiece in November 2024, the filing said.
