智通财经APP讯，宏安地产(01243)及宏安集团(01222)联合公布，于2025年7月31日，宏安地产的间接全资附属公司Prime Resonance已与ADPF Oregon及合营公司Harmonia Crest Limited订立股东协议，内容有关就收购该物业成立合营企业。
据悉，该物业为于香港土地注册处注册为九龙内地段第9849号、九龙内地段第9725号及九龙内地段第10232号的整块或整幅土地，连同建于其上现称为香港九龙砵兰街60号(前称砵兰街54、56、58及60号)的宅院、竖设物及楼宇，目前以“旭逸酒店 • 旺角”品牌名称经营酒店业务。
公告称，根据股东协议与ADPF Oregon合作乃一个良机，可利用宏安地产集团于物业投资及资产管理的知识及专长，并与一名经验丰富的投资者合作，以提升及扩大投资物业组合，同时为宏安集团及宏安地产集团带来合营公司的经营溢利份额。凭借ADPF Oregon及宏安地产的经验，该物业为扩展其物业组合的良机。
