智通财经APP讯，阿尔法企业(00948)发布公告，于2025年7月25日，维勒斯贸易(公司的间接全资附属公司)收到贷款人(通过其澳洲法律顾问)发出日期为2025年7月23日的通知以知会维勒斯贸易Vanguard Insolvency Australia的Mohammad Najjar先生已获委任为接管人接管以下抵押品，即 (i) GA Investment 股份(GA股份)(维勒斯贸易有权授予作为抵押权益);(ii) 维勒斯贸易在GA股份上的任何权利;(iii) 由维勒斯贸易提供予GA Investment的任何财务通融;及 (iv) 上述抵押品的任何收益。
集团于2025年7月25日经由其法律顾问正式获悉，于2025年7月18日，根据贷款人与Najjar先生之间签订的委任接管人契约，Najjar先生已被贷款人委任为 (i) 抵押予贷款人的维勒斯贸易及GA Investment的所有财产;及 (ii) 投资物业的接管人及管理人。
