智通财经APP获悉，云知声(09678)午后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.82%，报554港元，成交额2416.41万港元。
消息面上，7月25日，云知声发布公告称，表示超额配股权已由整体协调人悉数行使，共涉及23.4万股H股，占全球发售初步股份约15%。超额配发股份按每股205.00港元发行。同日，稳定价格期间结束。此次超额配发股份的发行将为公司带来约4560万元港元的额外净收入，资金将按比例用于招股章程中所述的未来计划及用途。
公开资料显示，云知声是一家AI解决方案提供商，专注于在中国销售用于日常生活及医疗相关应用场景的对话式AI产品及解决方案。本次IPO引入3名基石投资者，包括商汤-W旗下SensePower、臻一资产管理及润建股份附属公司润建国际，累计认购约9550万港元。
