Robex Resources (ASX:RXR) said operational readiness at its Kiniero project in Guinea advanced to plan during the June quarter, with mining as well as drill and blast contracts awarded, and supply chain logistics and consumables procurement are nearing completion for initial plant commissioning, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Construction at its Kiniero project is on track and within budget, and the first gold pour is scheduled for the December quarter. It completed a total of 61,700 meters of drilling at the project during the quarter.
The Nampala gold mine in Mali produced 11,736 ounces and sold 13,104 ounces of gold during the June quarter, compared with the 12,764 ounces produced and 12,150 ounces of gold sold in the prior corresponding quarter. The mine remains on track to meet fiscal 2025 production guidance of 46,000 to 48,000 ounces.
The firm's shares fell almost 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
