消息面上，据兴业银行消息，近日该行召开2025年半年工作会议，提出拥抱科技变革，研究稳定币，开展“人工智能+”，推进“数据要素X”，做好基础工作，在智改数转的道路上迈出更大步伐，加快从“数字兴业”迈向“智慧兴业”。
公开资料显示，兴证国际的控股股东是兴业证券，而兴证国际是兴业证券推行国际化战略的海外平台。兴证国际持有香港证监会颁发的第1、2、4、5、6、9类受规管活动牌照，涵盖了证券、期货、资产管理等多个领域。值得注意的是，兴证国际6月20日公告称，公司获授予3亿港元的非承诺性循环贷款融资；公司7月23日公告称，获授4000万美元非承诺性循环贷款融资。
