智通财经APP讯，东建国际(00329)发布公告，由于配售协议所载条件未能于2025年7月31日(即最后截止日期)或之前全部达成及╱或获豁免，配售协议已告失效，配售事项将不会继续进行。配售代理及公司于配售协议项下之所有权利、义务及责任均已告终止，且订约方概不得就配售事项向其他订约方提出任何索偿，惟任何先前违约及╱或于配售协议失效前配售协议项下应计之任何权利或义务除外。
董事会认为，终止配售协议对集团业务、营运及财务状况并无重大不利影响。
