仕佳光子(688313.SH)发布半年报，上半年实现营业收入9.93亿元，同比增长121.12%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为2.17亿元，同比增长1712%。报告期内，公司深化“无源+有源”IDM双平台优势，重点推进数通市场等产品的客户开发。其中，1.6T光模块用AWG芯片及组件已完成研发并进入客户验证阶段；1.6T光模块用MT-FA产品实现批量出货。同时，公司成功开发出数据中心和AI算力用高功率CWDFB激光器、硅光用耐高温FAU器件等新产品，部分送样验证中，部分完成客户验证并实现小批量出货。
