智通财经APP讯，正力新能(03677)发布公告，预计截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得净利润为介于约人民币1.98亿元到2.43亿元。去年同期，集团净亏损约为人民币1.30亿元。本报告期与上年同期相比，净利润将增加约人民币3.28亿元到3.73亿元。
董事会认为本报告期业绩较去年同期实现扭亏为盈的主要原因是：(i)随着公司业务拓展，多款定点车型量产，动力电池出货量同比大幅增加，推动公司销售收入增长;(ii)公司持续推进提质增效改善活动，报告期毛利率较去年同期有较大的提升;(iii)本报告期期间费用率较去年同期有较大的下降。
