0119 GMT - Keppel DC REIT's accretive acquisitions and asset enhancement initiatives are poised to drive organic growth, DBS Group Research analysts say in a research report. The REIT's recent acquisition of Keppel DC Singapore 7 and Keppel DC Singapore 8 are expected to result in distribution-per-unit accretion of 8%-11%, the analysts say. The acquisition will substantially increase the REIT's portfolio exposure to Singapore, where data-center demand is likely to outpace available capacity. The REIT is also evaluating potential major refurbishment works and minor asset enhancement initiatives across its portfolio. DBS raises the unit's target price to S$2.60 from S$2.50, with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 0.8% lower at S$2.35. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
