智通财经APP讯，小黄鸭德盈(02250)发布公告，于2025年7月29日，公司间接全资附属公司森科产品有限公司(森科产品)与科案有限公司(科案，连同森科产品，统称订约方)签订了一份服务协议。根据服务协议，订约方已同意就共同投资、开发及商业化一项具备基于网页界面的人工智能(AI)驱动营销情报与内容自动化系统(该项目)展开合作。
公告称，与科案签订服务协议将实现以下战略价值：透过将集团知识产权转化为 AI 驱动营销/内容解决方案，开拓新市场及收益来源;同时保障核心数据资产，并获取可观的财务效益与竞争优势。
