智通财经APP讯，滇池水务(03768)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得税前利润约人民币1.5亿元至人民币1.66亿元，与上年同期约人民币1.98亿元相比，将减少人民币3220万元至人民币4800万元;及期内归属于公司权益持有人的利润约人民币1.25亿元至人民币1.39亿元，与上年同期约人民币1.48亿元相比，将减少人民币950万元至人民币2270万元。
有关利润的减少主要由于公司上年出售附属公司导致本期利润下降;及上年同期有来源于出售附属公司产生的投资收益而本期没有。
