是次交易亦有助于强化集团的供应链，并提供明确的降本路径以实现协同效应，从而使客户受益并全面提升集团的营运效率。新增的生产设施位于德国格恩斯海姆、日本小名滨及美国佐治亚州萨凡纳，将成为本集团扩大后业务的区域中心。此外，是次交易亦将提升集团的科技研发水平并助力提升环境、社会及管治水平。
