Domestic revenue rose by 2.8% compared to the previous year, while international revenue saw a 3.4% increase year-over-year as reported, and a 2.9% rise in constant currency. The company reported diluted net earnings per share (GAAP) of $0.69, a decrease from $0.96 in the second quarter of 2024. However, adjusted diluted net earnings per share were $1.15, up from $0.98 in the second quarter of 2024. Looking ahead, CONMED has updated its full-year revenue guidance, now expecting reported revenue to be between $1.356 billion and $1.378 billion, an adjustment from the prior range of $1.350 billion to $1.378 billion. The company noted that currency headwinds are now expected to be immaterial, compared to the previously anticipated 50 to 70 basis points of headwind.
