Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. has announced its new company names and leadership appointments ahead of its separation in mid-2026. The "Streaming & Studios" division will be named Warner Bros., encompassing Warner Bros. Television, Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group, DC Studios, HBO, HBO Max, and Warner Bros. Gaming Studios. The "Global Networks" division will be called Discovery Global, covering CNN, TNT Sports, Discovery, and various other channels and digital products. Key leadership roles at Warner Bros. include David Zaslav as President and CEO, Channing Dungey as Chairman & CEO of Warner Bros. TV Group, and Casey Bloys as Chairman and CEO of HBO and HBO Max, among others. Discovery Global is actively searching for a Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer.
