7月29日，联合资信公布评级报告，2020年湖南宁乡农村商业银行股份有限公司二级资本债券获“A+”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，跟踪期内，湖南宁乡农村商业银行股份有限公司（以下简称“宁乡农商银行”）作为区域性农村商业银行，在当地客群基础较好；管理与发展方面，宁乡农商银行公司治理机制运行较好，内部控制和风险管理水平不断提升，但关联交易比重仍处于较高水平，未来压降情况值得关注；业务经营方面，宁乡农商银行凭借着人熟地熟、决策效率较高等优势，存贷款市场份额在宁乡市排名靠前，存贷款业务拓展压力加大，投资端大幅增配利率债，并减持信用债，投资策略进一步趋稳；财务表现方面，宁乡农商银行贷款行业集中度和客户集中度均处于较高水平，建筑业贷款风险暴露增加导致其信贷资产质量有所下滑，但相关指标仍处于农商行较好水平，贷款拨备较充足，负债稳定性及流动性水平较好，投资收益增长带动营业收入上升，信用成本增加导致净利润和收益率指标下滑，净息差收窄，但盈利能力处于行业较好水平，资本充足。
