智通财经APP讯，百仕达控股(01168)发布公告，有关转让方、受让方及该学校(统称“订约方”)之间于2025年3月3日订立移交协议，转让方同意移交而受让方同意接纳学校业务，代价为零。该学校获深圳市罗湖区教育局(教育局)通知，《中华人民共和国民办学校办学许可证》及《民办非企业单位登记证书(法人)》(统称“办学证书”)将根据现有法规撤销。鉴于该学校办学证书撤销，订约方同意废除移交协议，移交协议将失效及将不具法律效力，且订约方将全面解除于移交协议项下的所有及任何义务及责任。该学校仍为转让方的资产，转让方应按教育局所告知办理该学校的清算事宜。
