智通财经APP讯，千循科技(01640)发布公告，预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月的未经审核综合除税后纯利约人民币4960万元至人民币5360万元范围内，而去年同期未经审核综合除税后纯利约人民币540万元。
公告称，预期大幅增加主要归因于：1.于报告期间，集团预计取得收入不少于约人民币6.40亿元，较去年同期收入约人民币6710万元增加约人民币5.73亿元或853.8%。增长主要得益于集团于2024年8月收购的二手电子产品电子商务业务，该业务确认收入不少于人民币6.20亿元。
2.于报告期间，集团预计取得因终止合并公司一间间接全资附属公司而产生未经审核及非经常性收益，具体的数额以中期业绩公告发布为准。
