智通财经APP讯，中加国信(00899)发布公告，于2025年7月16日，公司接获一份由代表债权人行事的律师根据香港法例第32章《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》第178(1)(a)条或第327(4)(a)条发出的法定要求偿债书，(i)要求公司支付债权人合共总额1112.34万港元，即就债权人与本公司所订立服务协议中未偿还应付债权人的服务费用;(ii)指倘公司未能于法定要求偿债书送达公司3个星期内偿付该款项或就该款项提供令债权人满意之担保或付款安排，则债权人可呈交清盘呈请，向法庭寻求颁令将公司清盘。
