消息面上，贝壳将于8月底公布第二季财报。瑞银此前发表报告指，预计non-GAAP净利按年下降38%至16.5亿人民币，市场预期为18.5亿人民币。该行将贝壳2025至2027年non-GAAP盈利预测下调13至14%，non-GAAP每股盈利预测下调4至11%。
野村发布研报称，预期贝壳二季度经调整盈利将按年下降29%至19.1亿元人民币，略高于市场预期的17.9亿元人民币；预期第三季盈利按年增长1%、但按季跌5%至18.1亿元人民币，低于市场共识。野村认为，贝壳将在二季度起至下半年采取更审慎的成本管理，可支持公司今年剩余时间的利润率，带动该行全年经调整盈利预测达73亿元人民币；未来几季房地产开发业务的现金流将更趋自给自足，并预期该业务的销售进程与盈利能力将更趋明朗，有助缓解市场对于公司重资产投资拖累回报的疑虑。
