消息面上，国家发改委、市场监管总局公布《价格法修正草案（征求意见稿）》，完善低价倾销的认定标准，规范市场价格秩序，治理“内卷式”竞争。基于不得低于生产经营成本销售的政策要求，以多晶硅为代表的光伏主材价格近期大涨。交银国际认为，若该要求能严格执行，高成本产能有望快速出清。此外，多晶硅能耗标准大幅收紧，新增绿电消费比例要求，均利好颗粒硅。首选盈利优势明显且因低电耗符合政策导向而将继续扩大的颗粒硅龙头协鑫科技。
根据协鑫科技官方微信公众号，相较于棒状硅，颗粒硅可使建设时的综合电耗降低80%、人力成本下降60%、水消耗降低30%、氢消耗降低57%，同时在制造端，颗粒硅优异的碳足迹表现已获得全球首张由法国环境与能源控制署颁发的碳足迹认证证书，有效助力光伏全产业链碳排放降低28%；成本方面，根据协鑫科技公告，2024年第四季度公司颗粒硅生产现金成本仅28.17元/kg，处于行业领先水平。
