智通财经APP讯，大成生化科技(00809)发布公告，招标已于2025年7月14日成功收标，而长春大合(公司全资附属公司)已于2025年7月31日与联合中标者东北电力及辽宁电力订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，承包商将负责锅炉翻修项目的项目工程设计、采购、施工、安装、校准及测试运行相关工作，最高代价为人民币1.291亿元(包括提前竣工最高奖金)。
锅炉翻修项目，其中包括：(i)新建一套150吨╱小时超高温超高压循环流化床锅炉，配套新供热装置设施;(ii)建造烟气除尘和脱硝装置，重新使用现有的脱硫装置;(iii)建立新的除渣和输灰、装煤和除尘系统;(iv)建立新的全膜海水淡化水系统(部分重复使用现有组件);(v)安装热供仪表和控制系统，同时进行集成控制改造;(vi)建设相关的综合自动化系统和更新塬有系统(包括厂房区域的排水和供水系统、供暖、通风和空调(HVAC)系统以及相关的绿化及铺装)。
