智通财经APP讯，中核国际(02302)发布公告，预期集团于2025年半年度的收入将大幅增加至不少于约5.85亿港元，2025年半年度的毛利增加至不少于约1300万港元，而2024年同期取得的收入及毛利均为约640万港元(按净额基准确认销售代理收入)。同时，由2024年半年度股东应占净亏损约770万港元扭转为2025年半年度股东应占净利润不少于约950万港元。

集团2025年半年度收入大幅上涨，并由2024年半年度净亏损转为归属于股东的净利润，主要得益于集团铀贸易业务交易量的大幅增长，其中绝大部分收入来自与独立第三方之间的天然铀贸易业务。由于2024年下半年及2025年半年度现货铀价格相对稳定，集团得以在风险可控的前提下增加与独立第三方的铀贸易业务。

2025年半年度股东应占净利润由2024年半年度的股东应占净亏损转为2025年半年度的股东应占净利润，主要由于集团铀贸易业务交易量大幅增加使毛利大幅增加不少于约港币1300万元及银行利息收入增加不少于约港币300万元。另一方面，由于集团于2024年下半年出售一间附属公司的权益，集团于2025年半年度不再享有联营公司的任何收益份额(2024年半年度享有的联营公司收益约港币1560万元)。此外，由于集团于2025年半年度并无动用任何银行融资，财务费用较2024年半年度减少不少于约港币1300万元。
