智通财经APP讯，飞达控股(01100)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年6月30日止六个月的未经审核中期业绩的公司拥有人应占综合溢利将不少于5800万港元，较2024年中期报告所取得截至2024年六月30日止六个月的公司拥有人应占溢利约3526.9万港元有所增长。
该净利润增长主要归因于集团制造业务分部(特别是孟加拉制造业务)的营业额及利润增加，原因包括：(i)更多订单从受美国高关税影响国家转移至孟加拉;(ii)生产效率提升;及(iii)成本控制改善。尽管如此，2025年未经审核中期业绩的增长预期将被集团贸易业务分部表现未如预期所部分抵销。
