智通财经APP讯，丽年国际(09918)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得本公司权益持有人应占净溢利不少于1200万港元，而2024年同期取得净溢利约1570万港元。预计的净溢利乃由于截至2025年6月30日止6个月按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值变动所得的一次性收益约2320万港元所达致，此收益归因于公司全数收到公司投资Talentone Technology Limited发行的可换股债券的未偿还本金及应计利息。
