中访网数据  中信建投证券股份有限公司（股票代码：601066）间接全资附属公司CSCIF Hong Kong Limited于2025年7月28日完成一笔3年期人民币7亿元票据发行，票面利率待定。该票据属于其2024年4月设立的40亿美元中期票据计划项下融资，募集资金将用于偿还到期境外债务。

中信建投证券全资子公司中信建投（国际）金融控股有限公司作为担保人，为本次发行提供无条件连带责任保证担保，担保金额折合人民币7.43亿元。截至公告日，中信建投国际对发行人的担保余额累计达人民币69.33亿元。

公告显示，被担保人CSCIF Hong Kong Limited为特殊目的公司（SPV），资产负债率超70%，但因其为中信建投国际全资控股，风险可控。本次担保经公司董事会及股东大会授权，无反担保安排。

截至2025年7月29日，中信建投证券及控股子公司对外担保总额为人民币407.44亿元，占最近一期经审计净资产的38.27%，无逾期担保情况。公司强调，担保行为基于业务发展需求，不会损害股东利益。
